ASANTE THROUGH 2023

AICS embarked on a remarkable journey this year, starting with God, a vision and two dedicated Staff members. However as the year unfolded, divine doors opened. Staff numbers increased, students multiplied and a suitable venue was secured. Despite all the inevitable challenges, there was never a consideration to give up, as unwavering faith in God sustained our journey. We were able to nurture and graduate our first group and the year concluded on a high note, gratitude overflowing for divine provision. With anticipation we look ahead, knowing that greater things await, guided by the path God has already paved.

STAFF DEVOTION & FRIDAY FELLOWSHIPS

At Asante, we set out on a course from the beginning to have the first 30 minutes of our everyday together communing with the Lord. These have been some of the most amazing and inspiring times and have grown each of us as staff members in ways we never imagined when we began this. The devotions run from 7:15am to 7:45am and in this time, we have intercession, singing and worship and sharing of the word based on the week’s theme.
The Friday fellowships are open to non-teaching staff and Parents because they run every Friday afternoon from 3:30pm to 5pm after which we have a time to break bread together.

SUPER FRIDAYS

We had our very first super Friday in our last quota of the last term. On this day, we get to stretch our muscles physically, raise the praise, enjoy presentations by our students and/or staff and share abit of what we do every morning with those outside our gates. Super Fridays are exactly that, SUPER!!! The joy, laughter and fun filled activities that run from 7:30am to 8:45am are worth the week’s hectic schedule and a wonderful way to wind up the week with Praise and Thanksgiving to our Father in heaven!
